Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48–72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is typically:

  • 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed shipping dates.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to multiple countries across Europe and selected international destinations.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after placing your order.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information.

Tracking details are usually updated within a few business days after shipment.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking activity after your order has been dispatched.


Delays & Carrier Issues

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, NordLyd™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events outside of our operational control

Such delays do not qualify for automatic refunds or chargebacks.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, NordLyd™ may not be able to modify the shipment once processing has started.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, NordLyd™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Customers should contact the local carrier directly for assistance in such cases.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

Claims submitted without evidence may not qualify for replacement or refund.
